Child and Youth Risk Management Strategy

Creating safe and supportive service environments for children and young people is everyone's business. CTC is committed to providing the highest standard of service to children and young people and ensuring they are kept safe from harm. Code of Conduct for Interacting with Children and Young People

CTC is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people. The Code of Conduct for Interacting with Children and Young People applies to all staff, volunteers and visitors who enter our service environment.

Workplace Gender Equality Agency

The Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (WGE Act) puts a focus on promoting and improving gender equality and outcomes for both men and women in the workplace. All non-public sector employers with 100 or more employees are required to report annually under the WGE Act and to inform its employees and members that it has lodged its report with the Agency and advise how the report may be accessed.

CTC has lodged their report based on the number of staff employed as at 31 March 2023. The report can be accessed via the following link 2022-2023 Workplace Gender Equality Report
