CTC Disability Services provides a range of administration, in-home and community based support services that are tailored to the preferences and needs of the person living with a disability and their family.
We offer individualised and group based support in line with our NDIS Registration Groups.
South Burnett CTC is registered for 13 NDIS Registration Groups including numerous line items under Core, Capacity Building, Plan Management and Support Coordination. We provide a Short Term Accommodation and a variety of group activities on a regular monthly basis.
South Burnett CTC as a registered NDIS provider is compliant with the Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) conditions. We are open and transparent in regards to service prices under the NDIS. South Burnett CTC charge the full capped price including the TTP Prices where applicable, as published in the Queensland NDIS Price Catalogue.
We are also a contracted provider of Continuity of Support and providers of a variety of support under a fee for service structure.
CTC Disability Services provide their range of supports in conjunction with our Australian Disability Enterprise, The Gumnut Place.
Our services are about supporting the individual to make their own decisions for their future and put the necessary supports in place to ensure their goals are achieved. In doing so, we continue to provide comprehensive individually tailored support that considers the specific needs of our clients, including those with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, their individual abilities and opinions, as well as input from their families.
