The CTC Youth Festival was a vibrant celebration of young people, creativity and community, with around 200 attendees coming together to enjoy a fun-filled day of activities, music and connection.
From the moment the event kicked off, the atmosphere was full of energy, with a wide range of activities set up by our incredible supporters-creating a safe, inclusive and engaging space for young people across the region.
🎨 Celebrating Creativity
A standout moment of the day was recognising Finn as the winner of our Youth Festival Art Competition. Finn’s impressive artwork didn’t just take out the top spot-it became the face of the event, printed on tote bags that were proudly distributed to attendees on the day. It was a fantastic way to showcase local talent and give young people a platform to shine.
🎤 Talent Takes the Stage
The Talent Show was another major highlight, with young performers stepping up to share their skills and confidence with the crowd. Taking out the top prize was Israel, who delivered an unforgettable Michael Jackson impersonation, earning the $500 gift card and plenty of cheers from the audience.
