Kingaroy Youth Park Redevelopment Reaches Major Construction Milestone

South Burnett CTC is excited to announce another major step forward in the Youth Park Redevelopment, with the subfloor framing and flooring now complete.

With all underground services installed, footings poured, and the flooring now in place, the building is officially emerging from the ground. What was once lines on a plan has now become a visible, physical foundation – marking the moment our region begins to see this new facility take shape.

Community Services Manager, Kirsten Firman says “Seeing the foundation take shape is incredibly exciting for our team and for the community who will soon be using this space.”

This milestone represents not just construction progress – it marks the momentum for 2026, when the new space will come alive for young people, local families, and the wider community.

“This stage represents real progress.. It’s inspiring to see the plans lifting off the page and becoming a space that will make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.” – Jason Erbacher – CTC CEO.

South Burnett CTC would like to acknowledge our project partners, builders, and supporters who continue to bring this vision to life.

The Kingaroy Youth Park Redevelopment: Stage 1 is equally funded by the Australian Government’s Growing Regions Program and CTC, with each committing $1.98 million.
