Youth Park Precinct Tenders are Now Open!

South Burnett CTC are pleased to announce that tenders are now open for the Youth Park Precinct build!

South Burnett CTC Inc. (SBCTC) invites qualified contractors to submit tenders for the Youth Park Precinct Project, located at 64 Somerset Street, Kingaroy QLD 4610. The project includes:

• the construction of 4 new single storey buildings and associated walkways,
• landscaping and external works
• associated services and
• sealed 34 car parking area and cross over.

The project will be delivered under the AS 2124 General Conditions of Contract.

Tendering Timeframe 

• Invitation Issued: Monday, 2 June 2025
• Closing Date for Tender Submissions: 12:00pm Monday, 23 June 2025
• Evaluation Period: 21 Days
• Notification of Outcome: 30 Days

Late submissions will not be considered.
