Youth Services

Every young person deserves the best start in life. We offer a range of services to support their well-being, from counselling and school support to fun activities and programs that help them thrive. No matter their needs, we’re here to listen and provide a helping hand.

Family Services

Families come in all shapes and sizes, and sometimes we all need a bit of extra support. We provide services to help families navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and build a positive environment at home. Homelessness & Housing Services

Finding a safe place to call home can be tough. Whether you’re at risk of homelessness or already experiencing it, we’re here to help. Our team can connect you with emergency housing, support services, and long-term solutions to get you back on your feet.

Domestic & Family Violence Services

South Burnett CTC Domestic Violence Service is dedicated to supporting individuals affected by domestic violence in the South Burnett region. Our service is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can seek help and access resources to address domestic violence

Emergency Relief and Money Management

As part of our Family Services division of South Burnett CTC, we provide services to individuals facing crisis situations or suffering from financial hardship by delivering services such as Emergency Response and Money Management to people in need.

Stronger Together: Senior Social Inclusion Activities

We’re thrilled to introduce our new Stronger Together program, created especially for seniors aged 60+! This weekly program is designed to help combat social isolation by offering fun, engaging activities that bring people together. It’s all about building connections, making new friends, and creating a sense of community.

Residential Services

Children and young people in Residential Services are generally between 12 and 17 years of age. They enter Residential care through a direct referral from Child Safety. We have a specialist team or youth workers, trained in trauma informed care who provide 24/7 support across a number of houses in the South Burnett.

Disability Services

At South Burnett CTC, we believe in listening, understanding, and walking alongside you on your journey. We’re here to provide support that’s as unique as you are—whether it’s through Plan Management, Support Coordination, or Frontline Support.

Partners In Foster Care

We provide children with the best care, no matter their situation. Kinship Care keeps kids with relatives or close friends for safety and love. Foster Care offers a stable home while families overcome challenges. Intensive Foster Care supports children with complex needs. We’re here to help you make a difference.

Nanango Neighbourhood Centre

Residents of Nanango can access the full range of CTC programs through our comprehensive intake system. Whether you visit our office, call us, or are referred by a partner organisation, we will help you make appointments and connect you with the appropriate resources.

Community Facilities

South Burnett CTC is proud to be able to provide our community with public spaces with amenities for business and personal use. Whether you are an local business looking to host a training session for staff, or a community organisation looking for a meeting space, we might just have something to suit your needs.

The Gumnut Place

The Gumnut Place has been proudly supporting people with disabilities, their families, and carers in the South Burnett for over 30 years. Established in 1986 by a dedicated group of families, Gumnut continues to grow with support from local businesses, the community, and South Burnett CTC Inc.
