Family and Child Connect

About

Family and Child Connect is a free local Community Based Intake and Referral service that supports families who are under stress. Family and Child Connect provides referral pathways that enable families to access the right supports at the right time, building on their own strengths. Family and Child Connect is an entry point for information and support advise for families experiencing vulnerability. The fundamental intent of Family and Child Connect is to enable families under stress access the support they need as early as possible and without involvement of the statutory child protection system.
