Protected: Fusion Staging

Fusion supports young people aged 12 – 21 who are at risk of disconnection from their family, community, prosocial, recreational and/or support

Get Set For Work

Get Set for Work is a free program supporting young people aged 15 to 19 who are disengaged from education and employment. We help participants build confidence, gain job readiness skills, and work towards a brighter future.

Bail Support

The program provides targeted support to young people involved in the youth justice system, helping them meet bail conditions and reduce the risk of reoffending.

Student Wellbeing Officers

Student Wellbeing Officers support the general wellbeing of students by providing additional role model in the school.

Youth Support Coordinator

The Youth Support Coordinator (YSC) program at Nanango State High School (NSHS) supports at-risk students to remain engaged in education and to achieve positive outcomes.

Reconnect

Reconnect is a community-based early intervention and prevention program for young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Extended Post Care Support

The Extended Post Care Support (EPCS) program provides comprehensive assistance to young adults transitioning from care to independent living.

Next Step Plus

Next Step Plus is a service for young people aged 15-25 years in Queensland who have had a care experience since their 12th birthday.

The Youth Connector program in the South Burnett is a partnership with Laurel Place. The Youth Connector Provides young people with a single point

Safe Haven and Patrol

Safe Haven provides crucial support to families, young people, and the community to mitigate the effects of domestic violence, particularly on children in the Cherbourg area.

RENEW Early Years Service

The RENEW Early Years Service works with families to support the development of children from birth to 5 years; with the primary goal of developmental readiness, engagement in kindergarten and successful transition to the formal schooling environment.

RENEW Intensive Family Support (IFS)

RENEW Intensive Family Support (IFS) builds the capacity of families to adequately nurture, protect and keep their children safe. IFS provide immediate assistance, practical hands on assistance and link families to other specialists.

Family and Child Connect

Family and Child Connect is a free local Community Based Intake and Referral service that supports families who are under stress.

Malcolm’s Youth Hostel

The Youth Hostel is located in Kingaroy and provides crisis accommodation for up to 6 young people aged 16-25.

Our Cherbourg-specific program offers counselling and support to help you address the impact of your violence towards others.

Seeking Court Support

Seeking Counselling for a child

Our specialised domestic and family violence counsellors provide therapeutic support for your child or young person in a safe, empathetic and trusting environment that fosters growth and healing.

Adult Counselling & Victim Survivor Counselling

Counselling is provided for victim survivors in Cherbourg and across the South Burnett. Our sessions take place in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Seeking Immediate Safety Support

Our Assessment and Response Team are trained and experienced Domestic and Family Violence Specialists who understand the impact and challenges faced by those affected by domestic and family violence.

Residents of Nanango can access the full range of CTC programs through our comprehensive intake system. Whether you visit our office, call us, or are referred by a partner organisation, we will help you make appointments and connect you with the appropriate resources.

Disability Services

At South Burnett CTC, we believe in listening, understanding, and walking alongside you on your journey. We’re here to provide support that’s as unique as you are—whether it’s through Plan Management, Support Coordination, or Frontline Support.

Residential Services

Children and young people in Residential Services are generally between 12 and 17 years of age. They enter Residential care through a direct referral from Child Safety. We have a specialist team or youth workers, trained in trauma informed care who provide 24/7 support across a number of houses in the South Burnett.
