About

Next Step Plus is a service for young people aged 15 to 25 years in Queensland who have had a care experience since their 12th birthday.
The service works alongside young people as they prepare for life after care and continue their journey into adulthood. Support is flexible, relationship-based and guided by each young person’s strengths, goals, interests and aspirations.
Next Step Plus recognises that strong connections and supportive relationships are important foundations for success. Young people are supported to build confidence, independence and the networks they need to thrive in their communities.
