Housing & Homelessness Service

About

The Housing & Homelessness Service supports individuals, young people, couples and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness across the South Burnett.
We understand that every person’s housing journey is different. Whether you are sleeping rough, staying temporarily with family or friends, living in unsafe accommodation, struggling to maintain your tenancy, or looking for support to secure long-term housing, our team will work alongside you to develop a plan based on your individual needs and circumstances.

Our approach is person-centred, and focused on achieving safe, stable and sustainable housing outcomes. We recognise that housing is often connected to other challenges such as health, finances, relationships, employment and wellbeing. Through collaboration with local services and agencies, we help people access the support they need to move forward.
