Our service supports young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access or maintain their accommodation. This service supports young people who do not have a safe place to stay or whose current housing is at risk. The service is for young people who are not housed in Malcolm’s youth hostel.
The mobile support service provides one-to-one support to young people in the community. The program supports young people where they are and helps them develop a plan forward. An individual plan is developed for each young person and the staff member works alongside them to make this plan a reality.

The aim of the program is to help each young person access safe, secure and sustainable housing whether that be with family, with friends or alone.
