Our Assessment and Response Team are trained and experienced Domestic and Family Violence Specialists who understand the impact and challenges faced by those affected by domestic and family violence.

 

 

Our team can support you with:

  • Information – understanding domestic and family violence, the impact on you and your children, and supports available to assist you in moving forward
  • Safety Planning – supporting you to create a practical plan to increase your safety while in an unhealthy relationship, preparing to leave, or after you have left.   This includes strategies to stay safe, access support, and protect you and your children
  • Referrals – referrals to other services can be provided when required

You can access free specialised support over the phone or in person at one of our offices in Kingaroy, Murgon, or Nanango.

Housing Outreach Program
This program is a partnership with the South Burnett Regional Council to deliver disaster resilience outreach services to individuals experiencing homelessness or those at risk of homelessness, within the South Burnett Local Government Area.
