From counselling and school-based support to engaging activities and skill-building programs, we’re here to empower and uplift. About

The Nanango Neighbourhood Centre, established through a partnership between South Burnett CTC Inc (CTC) and Heritage Nanango Community Funding Limited (HNCF), is dedicated to enhancing the well-being and support available to the Nanango community. Located in the historic former Lutheran Church building, our centre is a welcoming and inclusive space for all members of the community.

Get Set For Work
Get Set for Work is a free program supporting young people aged 15 to 19 who are disengaged from education and employment. We help participants build confidence, gain job readiness skills, and work towards a brighter future.

Residential Services
Children and young people in Residential Services are generally between 12 and 17 years of age. They enter Residential care through a direct referral from Child Safety. We have a specialist team or youth workers, trained in trauma informed care who provide 24/7 support across a number of houses in the South Burnett.
