I have had eons of experience in the world of pastries and vanilla slices, cakes and various baked goods. In my expert opinion, I must say that your vanilla slice ranks at the top of my V.S. list. From its golden pastry through to its smooth and creamy custard and perfect icing it my mouth have a party that is still raging 10 hours later. Please keep pumping out these one-of-a-kind treats as they are the BEST!

I can’t believe it’s a week since we were privileged & spoilt at Gumnut. I have known about the amazing slices & food programme a lot. I have also heard in passing about the laundry & trophy engraving. Seeing it all together & how incredible and remarkable the team were was something else.
