South Burnett Business Excellence Awards

22nd October 2015

South Burnett CTC is  humbled and honoured to have been presented with the Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce and Industry award at the annual South Burnett Business Excellence Awards last night.  We were nominated as a business (different from our services) – eg number of staff, training culture, customer focus, buying locally, lobbying for the South Burnett etc.  Board Member Marc Reinbott and CEO Nina Temperton received the award on behalf of every board and staff member who has contributed to our success.  Thank you everyone!

CROSB Open Day

7th October 2015

On 12 November from 10am to 2pm CROSB Disability Services will be holding its annual Open Day at the South Burnett Enterprise Centre in Kingaroy. Entry is free and the day will be packed with information, inspiration and fun. We will have a “Come and Try” section, where participants can try out activities that we will be trialling as group programs. There will be a mini marketplace with goods for sale as well as a BBQ Lunch, service provider information, talls and plenty to see and do. We will hear from Kirsten Firman about where CROSB is headed in the future and our Guest Speaker, Ken Leigh will deliver an hour long talk about NDIS and what it means for participants and their families.  The Open Day is a perfect time to tell us what you want and need from a support service. We would love to see lots of people come along, so mark your calendars for a fun day out at CROB Open Day.
