RECRUITMENT - Employment/Youth Worker
EMPLOYMENT/YOUTH WORKER – TEMPORARY TO SEPT 16
CTC Employment Services, Murgon/Kingaroy

CTC Employment Services are funded under the Skilling Queenslanders for Work State Government Initiative to deliver the Get Set for Work and Ready for Work programs, which broadly deliver training and other employment related assistance to young people from 15 to 24 years of age.
The Employment/Youth Worker position is responsible for the planning, delivering and reporting requirements of both programs. Full/part time hours for the temporary contract to September 2016 are negotiable.
Applications must include a resume, referee details and covering letter outlining how their skills/experience meet the following:-
- Ability to use a variety of tools to engage with young people
- Experience in delivering case management and job search training
- Time management and IT competency to ensure all reporting requirements are met
- Blue card for Working with Children or ability to acquire
- Quals in Employment/Youth or Work Place Training and Assessment desirable
- Current manual driver’s licence
