South Burnett CTC Celebrates the last 12 months and Launches Comprehensive Service Guide
South Burnett CTC Inc (CTC) is excited to announce the launch of its new comprehensive Service Guide. This guide outlines all services and programs available, providing greater clarity to the community, partner agencies, clients, and staff about the extensive support offered by CTC.
The Service Guide is designed to improve access to vital information, highlighting the range of programs in areas such as disability support, youth and family services, homelessness, and domestic and family violence to name a few. It includes eligibility and how we deliver the service, along with office locations and contact details, giving it a more local feel and making it even easier for the community to know where and how to seek help.
“This new resource will ensure our services are more accessible and transparent,” said Jason Erbacher, CEO of South Burnett CTC Inc.
“We hope that it will be a valuable tool for both our clients and the community, allowing them to easily see what we offer, how we operate, and the support available.”
The new guide was released alongside the Annual Report for 2023-24, highlighting a new strategic plan and the achievements of the last 12 months.
Copies of the Service Guide will be available at all South Burnett CTC offices. It is also accessible online from our website.
