What is Get Set For Work?

Get Set For Work provides intensive employment and training support to young people who are disengaged from school and unable to get work.

How will Get Set For Work support you?

You will have your own individual plan which will be about your goals and your pathways.   The plan will include some group and some individual assistance.  When you sign up to Get Set For Work, you will be helped to gain skills for work, develop life skills and complete a Certificate II qualification.

You will gain the skills and confidence to enter the workforce, go on to further training or return to school.

Who is eligible?

Get Set For Work is for young people who are:

• 15 – 19 years of age
• disengaged from school and not enrolled in school
• unemployed and require assistance to get work

Get Set For Work is not a Centrelink approved activity
